We own a global portfolio of registered and unregistered trademark rights and none of these trademark rights, or any confusingly similar logos, tents and accessories, can be used without our consent. Lotus Belle Tents takes infringements of its trademark rights very seriously and are prepared to take legal action against those responsible.

Corsearch, a brand protection specialist represents Lotus Belle on a global basis to report and remove all copyright and trademark infringement cases. Our goal is to ensure that only authentic Lotus Belle Tents and accessories are available in the online marketplace.
