About Corsearch ESG

Corsearch makes ESG responsibilities an integral part of its culture, strategy, investment and operations. ESG commitments represent who we are – a dynamic, global company, proud to represent over 150 cultures, ethnicities and religions, and with over 29 languages spoken by colleagues sitting across our 18 office locations. Our services provide positive societal impact though the protection of intellectual property rights and the reduction of illegal activity related to these rights. We are invested in people, technology and doing our part to create a more just, cleaner and safer world.

Our Environmental Efforts

Corsearch is committed to minimizing its environmental impact through initiatives that focus on reducing overall energy use and carbon emissions. We continue to explore opportunities to make our operations more efficient and sustainable, supporting a lower environmental footprint across our global business.

As a first step, we have partners, Aquila to help assess our carbon footprint and Ecovadis to set our action plan and to achieve goals. A number one goal is tying environmental commitments into our day to day life at Corsearch and enabling employees to be part of this journey and proud of the collective efforts and company global impact. As a signatory to the UN Global Compact, we report progress through an annual Communication of Progress (COP) and through our investors annual reporting requirements. Acting in compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations globally, we provide our employees with a safe work-place and environment.

To track and monitor supply chain sustainability, we have now included an ESG statement in all supplier agreements. Aligning our environmental commitments with our customers’ ESG standards and expectations is crucial to build trust and loyalty and give confidence that Corsearch is committed to delivering a positive impact to their brand.

Our Commitment to Gender Equality

Corsearch is fully committed to building a diverse, gender-balanced, and fairly compensated workforce. We are proud to have women make up 44.5% of our global team, and 43% of our UK workforce, with many in key roles of influence and impact. Our 2024 Global Gender Pay Gap Report and 2025 UK Gender Pay Gap Report both highlight the progress we’ve made, showcasing our ongoing efforts to close the gender pay gap across every region in which we operate.

Community Partnerships & Giving Back

At Corsearch, we’re committed to making a positive impact beyond our business. Through our ESG programme, every employee is encouraged to take part in our Volunteering Day — a dedicated day each year to give back to the communities where we live and work.

Whether supporting local charities, community projects, or environmental initiatives, our teams use this time to contribute their skills, energy, and compassion to causes that matter.

We believe that creating value for our communities strengthens our culture, builds connections, and reflects our shared commitment to doing what’s right — together.
