Lotus Belle Tents takes the protection of its brand very seriously and we hope that consumers recognise and know that anything carrying our trademark is of the highest quality, as we have become known worldwide and can be relied on. We own a global portfolio of registered and unregistered trademark rights and none of these trademark rights, or any confusingly similar logos, tents and accessories, can be used without our consent. Lotus Belle Tents takes infringements of its trademark rights very seriously and are prepared to take legal action against those responsible.

Corsearch, a brand protection specialist represents Lotus Belle on a global basis to report and remove all copyright and trademark infringement cases. Our goal is to ensure that only authentic Lotus Belle Tents and accessories are available in the online marketplace. To reach that goal, LBHQ is working together with Corsearch, who support the LBHQ strategy, by removing fake tents including the use of our registered trademarks from any marketplace and social media. Corsearch specialises in the removal of counterfeit products, and brand copyright infringement online.

If you find a look-alike, copy-cat replicas and/or fakes of our brand being sold online, please report it and trust it will be automatically investigated and removed from the online marketplace, wherever possible. Corsearch and LBHQ will handle the case as efficiently and quickly as possible.
