Corsearch announces the acquisition and strategic evolution of Courtemis from MF Brands

Trademark and brand protection expert Corsearch, has announced the acquisition of Courtemis, the proprietary case management system for IP enforcement and Brand Protection, from lifestyle group, MF Brands.

Developed by MF Brands’ in-house IP team, Courtemis was designed specifically to support IP enforcement needs and perfected through operational use across MF Brands’ Lacoste, Gant, Aigle, and Tecnifibre brands.

Since its launch, Courtemis has underpinned MF Brands’ online and offline IP activities in real-time interaction with its global network of external counsel and service providers. It continues to demonstrate reliability, scalability, and as an innovative legal-tech solution, Courtemis was recognized as a standout by the Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Europe 2024^*.

As part of the acquisition, MF Brands and Corsearch will formally continue to collaborate to further expand and scale the platform, bringing their established expertise and industry leading capabilities to the market. Moving forward, Corsearch is committed to the continued evolution and strategic development of Courtemis, with the ambition of further establishing it as a leading case management platform for Brand Protection and IP enforcement professionals globally.
