Corsearch Product Specific Terms – IP Survey Services
These Product Specific Terms apply to IP Survey Services provided by Corsearch to Customer in addition to the other terms contained in the relevant Order Form. In the event of any conflict between these Product Specific Terms and the Agreement, these terms shall control with respect to the IP Survey Services.
1. Definitions
The following words and expressions have the following meanings in these Product Specific Terms and any capitalised terms used but not defined herein have the meanings set forth in the Agreement:
“IP Survey Services” means services offered to conduct market research for or on behalf of Customer;
“IP Survey Results” means the results of such IP Survey Services in any format howsoever presented;
“Respondent” means an individual who takes part in a Survey; and
“Survey” means a survey conducted by Corsearch on behalf of Customer
2. Claim Representation and Approval
a. Corsearch will deliver the IP Survey Services based on the specification agreed with the Customer which should include, unless otherwise agreed, (i) a list of brand(s) or characteristics or similar in scope; (ii) the desired demographics for the Respondents; (iii) the desired questions for the Survey; and (iv) any other relevant information (collectively the “Study Requirements”).
b. In the event of any delay by the Customer to provide Corsearch with the necessary and complete Study Requirements, Corsearch will notify the Customer of the impact of the missing Study Requirements and the Customer acknowledges that Corsearch’s ability to fully deliver the Services may be impacted.
3. Data Protection
a. For the purposes of the IP Survey Services, the description of data processing for and on behalf of the Customer shall be supplemented as follows:

Nature of Processing | Receiving data, including collection, accessing, retrieval, recording and data entry; Holding data, including storage, organisation and structuring; Using data, including analysing and testing; Updating data, including correcting and rectifying; and Returning the data to Customer (and if requested erasing or destroying data). |
Categories of Data Subjects | Data subjects (i) as provided by Customer, which may include their customers and consumers; or (ii) as sourced by Corsearch on behalf of Customer. |
Categories of Personal Data | Demographics collected as part of a Survey, which may include (but is not limited to) age, gender and location; Opinions collected as part of a Survey; Any other information provided to Corsearch by Customer. |
Data Retention Periods | 6 months after the delivery of the IP Survey Results. |
Frequency of Processing (and/or Transfer) | Once, from Customer to Corsearch. |
b. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Agreement, for the purposes of any Customer Personal Data collected as part of the IP Survey Services, upon expiration of the retention period specified in the description of processing, Corsearch shall delete all Customer Personal Data in its possession, except to the extent that Corsearch is required by applicable law or regulatory obligations to retain such data.
4. Sub-processor
Corsearch may engage the following additional Sub-Processors, as detailed below, in addition to those listed at https://corsearch.com/privacy/subprocessors:
